Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible only for services explicitly covered by a service-level agreement (SLA) or a contract. Services rendered on an hourly or project basis may not be eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request outlining the reasons for the refund. Refund requests will be reviewed, and eligibility will be determined based on the terms agreed upon in the SLA or contract. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5 working days and credited to the original payment method within an additional 5 working days.

3. No Refund After Development: Once the development phase of a project has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, website development, graphic design, and other digital marketing services.

4. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel ongoing services before the commencement of the development phase for a full refund, as outlined in the SLA or contract.

5. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute over refunds, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, arbitration or mediation may be pursued according to the terms of the SLA or contract.

These examples are general guidelines, and it’s important to customize them based on the specifics of your digital marketing firm and the services you provide. Additionally, having legal professionals review and help draft your policies is highly recommended to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
